Activ8 - Elliptical Trainer and Sit Up Bench timber post in ground mount
ACTIV8 - ELLIPTICAL TRAINER INFORMATION:
Description: Adult size elliptical cross trainer. 12mm flywheel with double spring-loaded Teflon
resistance bearings. Completely galvanised after welding, then finished with 70 micron epoxy
polyester, orange peel texture, powder coat. 10mm support plate mounted on 200mm x 200mm
main post. Fixture hardware - Stainless steel 304.
Instructions: Place your feet in the footwells and hold onto the upright handles. Push the foot
pedals forward in a circular motion, while alternating a push/pull movement with your arms on the
handles.

ACTIV8 - SIT UP BENCH INFORMATION:
Description: Adult size, stationary, sit-up bench. Completely galvanised after welding, then finished
with 70 micron epoxy polyester, orange peel texture, powder coat. 10mm support plate mounted on
200mm x 200mm main post. Fixture hardware - Stainless steel 304.
Instructions: Sit on the bench, facing the post. position feet on top of the bottom bar, with knees
behind top bar. Lower yourself backwards onto the bench in a controlled movement. Return to start
position by activating your core muscles and raising your back off the bench.
