 Hydraulic Rower 2 way adjustable - Steel Post - In Ground Mount

Description: Adult size rower. Dual side resistance with adjustable hydraulic cylinder providing 8
levels of resistance between 5KG - 80KG. 5-year warranty on high grade, alloy piston. Completely
galvanised after welding, then finished with 70 micron epoxy polyester, orange peel texture,
powder coat. 10mm support plate mounted on 200mm x 200mm main post. Fixture hardware -
Stainless steel 304.

Instructions: Adjust the resistance to suit. Sit forward and place feet on footrest. Firmly hold the
handles. Pull back until handles are close to your body, then push forward until returned to start
position.
