ACTIV8 - LEG PRESS INSTRUCTIONS:
Description: Adult size leg press, with RSX module providing up to 30kg resistance at maximum
deflect angle. Stainless steel cover for wear and tear on high traffic foot rest. Completely
galvanised after welding, then finished with 70 micron epoxy polyester, orange peel texture,
powder coat. 10mm support plate mounted on 200mm x 200mm main post. Fixture hardware -
Stainless steel 304.
Instructions: Sit and place feet on the footrest hight that suits. Straighten legs and slowly return to
the starting position.

STEPPER INSTRUCTIONS:
Description: Adult size stepper. Double RSX load axis, which generate 30kg resistance at maximum
deflect angle. Internal 10mm stopper disks and radial stability bearings. Completely galvanised after
welding, then finished with 70 micron epoxy polyester, orange peel texture, powder coat. 10mm
support plate mounted on 200mm x 200mm main post. Fixture hardware - Stainless steel 304.
Instructions: Hold the handle and place feet on the pedals. Move the legs up and down, as if
climbing a flight of stairs.
