RUBBER TILE WARRANTY
Imagination Play warrants its products to be free from defect in materials or workmanship during normal use and installation in accordance with our published specifications.
Imagination Play further warrants as follows:
Limited 3 Year Warranty
Warranty on all rubber soft fall tiles against structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship.*
*Imagination Play are not responsible for vandalism of any kind, destructive acts or natural disasters such as flooding or fi re that have damaged items that have not passed the warranty periods mentioned above.
1. Warranty applies only if products have been properly installed and maintained.
The warranty only applies if soft fall tiles have been installed according to the instructions provided by Imagination Play with captive edging, adequate drainage and water course management ** and tiles are maintained and cleaned correctly according to the Imagination Play Maintenance and Cleaning Manual supplied.
**Inadequate drainage and water course management will void any warranties.
2. No coverage for accidents, wear and tear, cosmetic issues or vandalism.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, surface degradation, discoloured surfaces and other cosmetic issues due to misuse or vandalism. Tiles are for pedestrians use only. Warranty is void if tiles are subject to vehicular tra ffic.
3. Products installed near water.
Products installed in direct contact with chlorinated water or saltwater, or products installed with occasional contact with such water shall void above mentioned warranty.
4. Shrinkage
Imagination Play’s and tile manufactures warranty allows for allowable shrinkage/ expansion rate of +/-1% If greater, then the warranty would be applicable. Shrinkage may occur due to extreme weather conditions of direct heat or cold. To assist in longevity of your play equipment it is highly recommended to have soft fall areas protected by natural or man-made shade structure.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT
This warranty applies to Imagination Play’s products for the time periods described for each product type above and with the limitations described in this warranty. This warranty covers only defects in materials. Imagination Play’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective products, without charge, at Imagination Play’s discretion.
First 12 Months – free freight with labour costs at Imagination Play’s discretion.
After 12 Months – freight chargeable with labour costs at Imagination Play’s discretion.
Warranty applies only if products have been properly installed and maintained.
The warranty only applies if Imagination play’s products have been installed according to the instructions provided by Imagination play and maintained correctly according to the Imagination Play Maintenance Manual / Schedule.
No coverage for accidents, wear and tear, cosmetic issues, misuse or vandalism.
The warranty does not cover and damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, surface corrosion on metal parts, discoloured surfaces and other cosmetic issues or failures due to misuse or vandalism.
Products installed near water or areas subject to atmospheric corrosion.
Products installed in direct contact with chlorinated water, saltwater, or areas subject to atmospheric corrosion or products installed with occasional contact with such water or installed close to the shore that are subjected to salt spray are not covered by the Imagination Play warranty for any defects caused by corrosion. Products installed in coastal areas, within 200 meters from the shore, will only be covered by the warranty for half the period of the standard product warranty in relation to defects caused by corrosion. Imagination Play’s Limited 10 year warranty if applicable is limited to a 5 year warranty in relation to such products.

A = rural inland areas (normal warranty applies) all other regions refer to standard.
