Product Description

 ACTIV8 - Sit-up Bench - Steel post - In Ground Mount

Description: Adult size, stationary, sit-up bench. Completely galvanised after welding, then finished
with 70 micron epoxy polyester, orange peel texture, powder coat. 10mm support plate mounted on
200mm x 200mm main post. Fixture hardware - Stainless steel 304.

Instructions: Sit on the bench, facing the post. position feet ontop of the bottom bar, with knees
behind top bar. Lower yourself backwards onto the bench in a controlled movement. Return to start
position by activating your core muscles and raising your back off the bench.
