Description: Adult size, stationary, sit-up bench. Completely galvanised after welding, then finished with 70micron epoxy polyester, orange peel texture, powder coat. 10 mm support columns mounted of 200×200 main post.
Fixture hardware- Stainless steel 304. Extra stainless steel covers for leg area to protect from wear and tear.
Instructions: Sit on the bench, facing the post. Position knees under top bar, and feet under bottom bar while sitting in an upright position. While keeping your back straight, lower yourself backwards onto the bench in a controlled movement. Return to start position.
