ARM ROTATION
The Arm-Rotation is an ideal activity to stretch and warm up the arm muscles, to prepare for various exercises.

Instructions
- Use this activity to stretch and warm-up prior to exercise.
- Stand facing frame, place feet firmly on ground.
- Begin with feet shoulder-width apart. Reach up and grasp handles, one in each hand.
- Rotate both spinners in different directions at a varied pace to loosen all muscles in the arms.
- Lengthen time of activity, with steady pace to become a toning exercise.
- Use correct posture with shoulders back, head and chin up, and tighten your abdominal muscles. Look forward, not down.
- Remember to breathe at a smooth rate.
- Stretch appropriate muscles to ensure recovery to resting position and prevent soreness.
Age Range: 12 Yrs old and up (Children should be supervised by an adult).
