BALANCE STEPS
Balance Steps are an ideal low impact activity to help improve your quadricep strength and also your ability to balance and control you core body movement.

- Practice balance and core stability.
Instructions
- Stretch and Warm-up for 5 minutes prior to any exercise.
- Step up on to the foot pad, one foot at a time.
- Carefully step across to the next balance step. Use the post to balance yourself if needed.
- Maintain a slow and steady pace. Keep your back straight and focus your movement through your legs.
- Continue exercise in a circular motion until desired heart-rate is reached.
- Stretch appropriate muscles to ensure recovery to resting position and prevent soreness.
Age Range: 12 Yrs old and up (Children should be supervised by an adult).
