INDOOR PLAYGROUND AND TRAMPOLINE GENERAL GUARANTEE

Imagination Play warrants being free from defect of workmanship during normal use in accordance with our published specifications.
Imagination Play further warrants as follows:
1. Limited 10 year Warranty – On all steel/aluminium framework, roto-molded, sheet plastics and clamps against structural failure due to defects in material or workmanship.

2. Limited 5 year Warranty – On signage and shackles against structural failure due to defects in material or workmanship. *see note

3. Limited 1 year Warranty – all fixings including zip ties, zips and Velcro,  vinyl, softplay, netting, PVC foam, supermesh, ball pit balls, inflatable products, electronics, mechanical parts and motors, fibreglass, vinyl or poly resin themed items and springs against structural failure due to defects in material or workmanship.. *see note
*Note: Limited 6 month warranty will apply on all walkways, ramps, movable parts or high traffic areas where general wear and tear is subjected to shorten the lifespan. Tiled areas are for pedestrian purposes only and any vehicular traffic of any kind will void warranty.

Imagination Play is not responsible for damage caused by harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning products, vandalism, destructive acts or natural disasters such as flooding, fire or acts of god.

 

INTERACTIVE PLAY WARRANTY

Imagination Play warrants the INTERACTIVE PLAY hardware for one year from the date of installation.

Imagination Play warrants the INTERACTIVE PLAY software for two years from the date of installation. This software warranty also includes two years of monitoring and remote help if required.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT

First 12 Months – free freight with labour costs at Imagination Play’s discretion.

After 12 Months – freight chargeable with labour costs at Imagination Play’s discretion.

Warranty only applies if products have been installed and maintained correctly.

No coverage for wear and tear, accidents, aesthetic issues or vandalism.
