INCLUSIVE BODY PEDAL
The Body Pedal is an ideal activity for a low intensity cardiovascular workout requiring both upper and lower body co-ordination. Can be used separately.

Instructions
- Stretch and Warm-up for 5 minutes prior to any exercise.
- Either seated or standing, face the frame and grasp handles.
- With one arm, pull down on the rope while your other arm stretches out. Repeat motion with opposite arm.
- To work shoulders, widen your grip. Pull down and outwards at the same time.
- Keep your head up and your back straight.
- Stretch appropriate muscles to ensure recovery to resting position and prevent soreness.
Age Range: 12 Yrs old and up (Children should be supervised by an adult).
