INCLUSIVE BODY PEDAL

The Body Pedal is an ideal activity for a low intensity cardiovascular workout requiring both upper and lower body co-ordination. Can be used separately.

Instructions

  1. Stretch and Warm-up for 5 minutes prior to any exercise.
  2. Either seated or standing, face the frame and grasp handles.
  3. With one arm, pull down on the rope while your other arm stretches out. Repeat motion with opposite arm.
  4. To work shoulders, widen your grip. Pull down and outwards at the same time.
  5. Keep your head up and your back straight.
  6. Stretch appropriate muscles to ensure recovery to resting position and prevent soreness.

Age Range: 12 Yrs old and up (Children should be supervised by an adult).
