Instructions
- Stretch and Warm-up for 5 minutes prior to any exercise.
- Face the twirl bars and grasp the handles.
- Begin by twisting the handles forwards and build up to a level of intensity that is comfortable.

- Keep your head up and your back straight.
- Stretch appropriate muscles to ensure recovery to resting position and prevent soreness.
