The Hand Twirl is an ideal activity to loosen up your arm joints and get the blood flowing with a minor cardiovascular workout.

Instructions

  1. Stretch and Warm-up for 5 minutes prior to any exercise.
  2. Face the twirl bars and grasp the handles.
  3. Begin by twisting the handles forwards and build up to a level of intensity that is comfortable.
  4. Maintain an even pace throughout exercise.
  5. Keep your head up and your back straight.
  6. Stretch appropriate muscles to ensure recovery to resting position and prevent soreness.

Age Range: 12 Yrs old and up (Children should be supervised by an adult).
